As advertised, good communication
4/5 My family recently stayed here over Feb break. We chose this place for its convenience to the zoo and the pool. It’s a quiet and safe feeling neighborhood which is nice. And as advertised, it’s so close to the zoo.The owner was quick to respond to my questions, adjusted the ac as needed , and provided good food recommendations. The living room/kitchen space was nice. Sadly the pool was too cold to use and we would have loved to have had an outdoor grill. Some of the beds could be replaced. There was no salt and pepper in the kitchen which seems strange.Overall it met our needs as a family of four.

Perfect place for Our few days
5/5 It was near all kinds of shopping and highways. Home was clean and neat. Washer and dryer were super convenient. Pool was refreshing. Any questions answered super fast. Great stay for 3 nights before our cruise.

Quiet Getaway
3/5 Our overall stay was great! The place was really ideal for a getaway in Miami vs Minnesota cold. The pool was clean and place was cozy. The place was a little musty when we arrived due to low AC but it was better after contacting the agent to turn the AC on more. It would be more ideal if we could control the thermostat. We saw 4 security cameras and not 2 as stated which made us feel a little tense. Maybe give a heads up about house service that is schedule so the next guest know that there would be people coming to cleaning the pool and mow the lawns during their stays, as well as trash/recycle day.

We appreciate your suggestions on areas of improvement and have shared them with the homeowner so any necessary adjustments may be made for the next guests. The owner has control over the AC as an overall precaution for the property since out-of-town visitors are not usually aware of the best way to operate the indoor temperature control with Florida's climate. They are happy to be available for guest requests about changing the temperature. Additionally, there is weekly maintenance of the pool and lawn to ensure the property is in its best condition for guests' use. Regarding the security cameras, the homeowner would like to note that there are two security cameras in the pool area, one in the parking area, and one in the entrance of the home. These are all normal outdoor security cameras for the protection of the guests and the home. We hope to host you again in the future! Best, the Evolve Team

Comfortable and clean but kitchen not stocked well
4/5 My family (2 kids and 2 grownups) enjoyed our stay over Christmas in this house. My only two complaints were that the kitchen was not very well stocked for cooking family meals. The pots and pans were small and poor quality. Also, the security cameras made us feel like there was a lack of privacy. Whenever we had questions, the hosts were very quick to reply and were very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to nearby shopping and parks.
