Family Vacation
4/5 Beautiful house with nice location. My family enjoyed the pool and fishing on the dock. Not being able to control the air conditioning will keep us from booking this property in the future.

You were more than welcome to contact me if you needed the AC lowered. Most guests are comfortable at 75 degrees, so that is the default setting. I am sorry that you did reach out to me."

Merritt island house
4/5 The host had some nice little touches welcoming us. However, even though thehouse has beautiful structure, but it hasn’t been kept up well. For example, we opened a closet door and the door fell off. They had an old dirty chair in the closet, and the wire shelves were greasy and dirty. All the guests complained about the dirty seats on the dining room chairs. The pool needed some attention, but the host responding immediately and it was taken care of 100%.

Unfortunately, the dining room chairs have been dirtied by previous guests who have not taken care of my property, which has been so disappointing. Having an Airbnb business has been quite an experience, but I have come to learn that not all people treat your house with respect. As mentioned during your stay, you came during pollen season, so the pool was not dirty and was serviced by the pool company two times during your stay."
