5/5 I didnt want to go anywhere! So relaxing to enjoy the scenery and peace. Great location, we even watched a rocket launch from the dock.

Merritt Island stay
5/5 This house was so great! Very clean and so cozy. The canal was absolutely beautiful! The owner kept in touch the whole time and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

3/5 The home needs to be remodeled. There was dust on the fixtures and the heater had to be fixed while we were there. Wasted 4 hours and had to get reimbursed for the repair.
The pilot light on the hot water heater goes out so you have to relight it to make sure you have hot water.

From the Owner: "We strive for a very clean home for our guests we ask staff to pay closer attention. We replaced the thermostat, repair person did not verify all functions. This was the first cold period, once the guest contacted us a repair person was on-site within 45 minutes, instructed I would pay by phone only/not done we reimbursed him immediately. House updates are planned in the future. High winds affect pilot lag"
