Perfect location
5/5 We were there for a sailing regatta at Kelly Park. Tge location was perfect.. the house was roomy enough for 6. Very comfortable. We will be back in Jan.

CoCoa Beach Paradise
5/5 The house was exactly as described and the owner was amazing and very accommodating. The pool and outside area was wonderful for those hot afternoons. We enjoyed just hanging out around the house as much as going out to do things in the area. She answered any question we had quickly and gave tips for the area as well. We would definitely stay here again!
