• Absolutely the BEST property on Marco!!

  I was hesitant to write too much about our experience…because then the house will always be booked!! However, we had such a fabulous stay…I had to share!!! It started with excellent and detailed communication with the property manager prior to our arrival. This is such a luxury home and the personalized service you receive is at the same level. The property management offers a concierge service that met our grocery & floral delivery. They even set up an Easter egg hunt for our small grandchildren and an Easter egg scavenger hunt for our teen kids…including prizes!! They offer a chef service and airport service if you require it! Right out of the gate…we felt like this was a Ritz Carlton Concierge level service!! Then we arrived at the home…it was beyond amazing!! The home owner has thought of every luxury detail you can possibly pack into a home!! My kids never wanted to leave the property and we were only a few blocks from the beach!! The pool and spa are incredible, along with the putting green, corn hole game and watching movies at night from the lenai! The oversized kitchen and open floor plan made it very comfortable to entertain up to 14 people easily! Every bedroom is elegantly decorated with comfortable bedding, towels (weezie…for all of you towel snobs) and a beautiful in suite bathroom. All bedrooms also have water views and access to the upstairs Lenaii. If I could give this house 20 stars…I would! Absolutely fabulous from start to finish!!

• Spring Break Stay

  The house was everything we hoped for and more! We spent most of our time at the house out by the pool. The pool was a perfect 88 degrees, although the very attentive managers offered to change if needed. Some of us fished off the deck out back, the bags game was highly used, and the kids enjoyed the mini golf space. We swam every night and made use of the outdoor televisions and seating areas.

  The house is immaculate, beautiful and very well cared for. The beds were very comfortable. The ice makers on each level were much appreciated, and having the whole house filtration system was much more convenient than buying bottled water. Washers and dryers on each level was so convenient. Plenty of beach towels was a plus!

  The bikes were a hit with the older kids and the elevator in the garage to get your luggage to the 2nd floor was greatly appreciated!

  We would stay here again and thank you for the coffee and treats from the local coffee shop!

  Can't wait to go back!

  This incredible home, with a waterfall, heated pool and hot tub right out the door was spectacular! I couldn't believe we were staying there! Plenty of room for everyone to gather in the greatroom and dining area. Huge very functional kitchen, made cooking easy and fun! But, bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away!

  There is a grilling area outside by the hot tub, pool and eating/sitting area. You could live out on the patio area! Plus, a putting green! Cool!

  Master suite is on the main floor. Four other suites upstairs, plus a gathering area, and coffee area! We all had deck access and a nice view! Total privacy when we wanted it! Each suite had an awesome bathroom, TV, closet area! Two other big things we loved, the most comfortable beds, and no sound transfer from others! Oh, and an elevator!

  We had 3 couples on our trip, but there are 5 suites and lots of areas to gather, and get away! Family reunions, friends getaways, larger groups all work great! Multiple families with kids. Perfect for extended family stays!

  This is a great getaway place for everyone! We will be going back!!

• Perfect Paradise!

  We had 6 people ranging in ages from 26 to 79. We have rented a lot of homes over a 20 year period and this home ranks #1 on our list. The communication with the rental company was exceptional. They reached out to me ahead of time, establishing a contact, instructions for check in and asking preferences on the type of coffee we preferred. Upon arrival, we were greeted with pastries, coffee and a walk through to explain all the details of the home. It was exceptionally clean, with amenities galore. The attention to detail and quality of materials used in the home were amazing. We had access to pool floats, corn hole, putters, fishing equipment, bikes and beach necessities. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies for us to eat there every meal of the day. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and the heated pool and hot tub. The bedrooms were spacious and private. All rooms had beautiful views, immaculate bathrooms and VERY comfortable king beds and pillows. We saw sting rays and dolphins right off the back deck! We can’t say enough good things about the owner and rental company. We’d love to return again! Highly recommended.

• Amazing Winter Vacation

  What a beautiful home, there were 3 couples. The home is amazingly decorated and roomy. There is an elevator to assist with taking luggage to the top floor where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. We used the coffee bar upstairs each day and set on the deck enjoying the fantastic view of the water while drinking our coffee. The outdoor portion of the home is as fantastic as the indoor, it features a hot tub which we spent plenty of time in and an infinity pool, outside kitchen, several seating areas, a putting green, corn hole game and a firepit to enjoy a drink at while watching the sunset. This property was more than we could have expected, and we all enjoyed it so much that we will be returning. The property is also in a great location and easy to get to. For anyone wanting an unforgettable vacation stay in south Florida this is the property to stay at.
