Great property and amenities. Beach is clean and nice. Pools are in good condition. Logistics of using the building for a base for a family with young children are great, including everything you need for the beach in a locker. Unit was clean and stocked. Only downsides were 1) tennis nets missing, 2) king mattress in unit is a bit tired. Overall, great value.

The view of the beach and sunset was great! Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the unit. The unit did not accommodate sleeping for 5 people. The twin bed was unable to be used. The headboard was detached, and nearly fell on someone when they sat on the bed. The bed also squeaked really loud with any kind of movement and did not lock, so it moved around easily. We were going to use it for a toddler to sleep on and ended up having to go buy a pack and play. We found several bugs crawling on the walls and a small cockroach in the kitchen. The dryer was extremely loud, and could not be run while the toddler was sleeping in the room, so we could only use it during our outdoor times, which meant trips back and forth from the pool or beach to do laundry. The beach chairs are in poor condition and could use replacing . There is only one hair dryer in a 2 bath unit, supposedly for 5 people to share.
We filed a claim with Evolve for some compensation back due to the above issues, and were basically told that since we did not take photographs and document the issues while we were there, that they will not compensate us at all. We reached out to the managing agent two days into our trip to get these issues resolved, but unfortunately was told maintenance was not available until the following week. It would’ve been nice if the agent had told us to document them or if someone would have come to at least take a look at the unit. For these reasons, I would not recommend renting this unit, as the owner, the agent and the rental company all turned a blind eye to my complaints. I was not going to leave a bad review if they made an attempt to make things right with me, but they do not take care of their customers. Rent at your own risk!

Upon investigation, we found that the dryer was functioning normally during our recent visit to the condo, and we have not received previous complaints regarding the rollers on the bed. However, we understand that these issues impacted your stay, and we regret any discomfort they may have caused.
-We've never experienced issues with pests so we were surprised to hear of this concern. Our property is exterminated regularly, and it's been confirmed there are no bugs or roaches in the home.
-Regarding the response you received from Evolve, we are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, and we are sorry to hear that your interaction with our rental management company fell short of your expectations. Ensuring fair resolutions in the event of any issues is a priority for us, and we work closely with both guests and Evolve toward this goal. The building and it's amenities are nice. The unit itself had a few problems which we reported early the first week. The owner was very responsive but no one came to repair . The master toilet seat was painted and unsanitary; the toilet itself was very low while the second bath had a replacement higher toilet? There was no stopper in the second bath sink. The wastebasket in the kitchen did not open and close. There were several cockroaches in the kitchen. The showers were very nice.

Owner's response: "Lawrence, We go out of our way to offer exceptional hospitality to all our guests. If there is ever an issue we quickly address them and make sure the guest is satisfied.
- We have an exterminator on contract who sprays the building and each condo every quarter. In the 12 years that we have owned the condo we have never seen a bug in the unit, nor has anyone who has rented our home.
- We did contact someone to get the toilet taken care of and the handyman tried several times to get in touch with you but you never returned any of their calls. This has since been fixed.
- We have looked into the cabinet that houses the trash can and we found that it was off track, but not in need of any repairs. It is working fine.
- We wish you would have brought up all of the issues to us while in the home, but you did not we try to take care of all our guests to ensure they have a good stay. We're sorry that you were not satisfied.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."
