  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marco Island. The check in process was easy and the property owner responded to questions quickly prior to check in and during our stay. The condo is well-kept and clean. Kitchen had the supplies we needed, though we didn't cook much other than breakfast. The grounds and the pool area are well kept. The beach is beautiful but huge! It's .4 miles from the complex gate to the ocean, so good footwear is a must! There are tons of shells, especially toward Tigertail Beach.There are plenty of great local restaurants - some of our favorites were Snooks, Island Gypsy, Joey's Pizza and Pasta, and Stan's. We booked a dolphin and seashell tour through Marco Island Motorsports and enjoyed our ride. The guide provided some really valuable historical and environmental information.I'd highly recommend this rental!

• First time to Marco

  We had 5 total for a week stay. We used the condo to enjoy our family which consisted of my husband and I, and 3 additional adults (ages 26-30). We love to cook, eat out, walk a beautiful beach, stop for a cocktail and relax to a sunset. All of these were accomplished on our recent vacation on Marco. The beach has plenty to offer to get your steps in along with sight seeing. The sunsets were beautiful from the beach. At this time Feb-March could catch slight view from balcony but if you want to experience the full view best to make take the trip onto the beach. Morning sun was enjoyed on balcony daily during breakfast to get the day started.

  Overall, condo was nice and clean. Quiet hours start at sunset and pool is closed. Our family likes the evening hours so this was limiting for us but may be a plus for those who like low key nights.

  Pros:

  clean, nicely decorated, great views of beach, quiet, steps to beach, partial sunset view, nice parking, chairs and cart for beach, master bed comfy, puzzles and games in condo, great location, amenities (Pickle ball tennis shuffleboard), private, owner very prompt and helpful with anything needed. fully functional kitchen

  Cons:

  additional parking fee $100, laundry outside of condo, small shower master, updates needed on closets and paint in bathrooms (owner aware and transparent about getting done after our stay), early quiet hours

  We had a fantastic time here! The owner was very easy to text and communicate with, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a great time and experience. My girls had a blast looking for shells and sand dollars!
