4/5 We enjoyed our stay at Marco Island. The only disappointment was the beach was a long walk. The condo was very enjoyable & we liked the extra security. Thank you.

5/5 Great property. Great location. Must be best view on the property! Quick walk to beach! Early morning walk are a must! Close to restaurants! And groceries! Internet is a little spotty…but workable.Parking is very safe and accessible, Registration fee of $100/car seems a little steep! Very quiet.

5/5 The location is excellent. The condo is equipped with basic necessities plus beach gear. This condo may need updating, but everything is functional. It is well worth the price, especially when comparing to other rentals in the area.

Great location and great view. Somewhat dated property
3/5 Beautiful ocean views from the 15th floor. The living area and kitchen are very adequate. People in this building are quite friendly. The bathrooms and carpet are a bit dated and the carpet needed to be cleaned. They have a gym, but it was closed because they ran out of cleaning material during the coronavirus pandemic.

Randall, thanks for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "Thanks for informing me that the carpet was dirty. And I am glad you enjoy the view from the 15th floor of a front unit. It is considered one of the best views of the entire complex. You will be happy to hear that I had hired on 3/24/20 a professional carpet cleaning company to clean and apply a protective coating to all carpet on March 24th, 2020 the first chance I had after your stay. From the pictures of before and after sent by the carpet company I am glad to report there is no more stain on the carpet as the cleaning company assured me and they have put additional coating to try to protect the carpet and to make it easier to clean in the future. I always hire a professional cleaning company to clean the carpet as soon as I have learned that guests have dirtied the carpet. I am sorry to hear that the condo closed the gym during your stay.
