The pool was leaking
4/5 Had to keep filling pool with water.had a leak. Also patio doors to pool locked inside by slamming, but? Not on the outside. Great neighborhood, but, didnt like the fact that 2 out of 4 doors would not lock. The one set of sliding doors was my bedroom. Not happy!!!]Not cleaned very well. But , the location was great, beautiful neighborhood. Close to a lot of things. Just needed an uplift. 8

Amazing holiday weekend with family
5/5 We had an amazing time. House was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool area and grill the entire weekend would definitely go back and spend time with my family again.

Perfect size and location
5/5 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The 3 bedrooms were great sizes. Kitchen was wonderful. And the sliding glass doors, OH MY, I loved opening them up!!!! We went in Dec, so keeping them open during the time we were awake and sleeping with only windows open at night was perfectly comfortable!! We didn't use the formal living room, used the Den instead, maybe turn that living room into a bunk room? The heated pool was the draw to this house and core memories were made there! Fishing is best under the docks and not in the middle of the canal (hint, hint). The few things I'd suggest change: Getting a few oven baking sheets, new washer, maybe better explanation on how to use house cooling unit, and 2nd bdrm w/queen needs a quieter frame lol. (Even when you turnover it's loud!)
With all that being said, we DEFINITELY want to return to this specific house again! My family had the best time and the sunrises over the canal were worth sleeping in the 2ndbedrm queen! We loved the house!!
