  The house deserves 5 stars but I had too many issues. Start with when I arrived at midnight, my door code did not work. However, Mila (property manager) text me what I guess was her code within 2 minutes. Hats off to her. My code never worked. Then the house details said the pool and hot tub would be working by April 9th. I arrived on the 11th and it never worked. they apologized but I want what I book. The biggie was the house had a "smart system". Every time I set the A/C on 71 it would change to 75 when I left the house or went to bed. After complaining to Mila, she said the owners can control it remotely so I think they are more concerned about saving money than having happy customers. This is my 1st ever negative review.

  -Regarding the door code issue, we understand how frustrating this must have been. To resolve it, we provided an alternative code through the property manager to ensure prompt access to the home.
  -As for the pool and hot tub, the pool was fully operational throughout your visit. The pool heater, however, was scheduled for service after your stay and was not advertised as heated during that time.
  -The home has a smart system that adjusts temperature settings when unoccupied or at night. Guest comfort and safety are our priorities, and we’re happy to adjust settings upon request, as we did during your stay.

• Enjoyed our Stay

  We had the best time. We had a short long weekend and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Our kids loved the pool and open concept. We will most definitely plan future stays here. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to make memories

• Location, location, location

  My wife and I visited Lehigh Acres so my wife could visit her sister who have lived in Lehigh Acres for years. Call it a sister's reunion. Here sister and her husband stayed with us and we were thankful for the size of the home. It felt larger than the pictures showed on VRBO. A good thing!

  We all appreciated the location of the home which placed us near a number of Grocery Stores and gave us great access to Fort Myers and other areas. I also enjoyed my walks around the neighborhood. Lots of home building going on, a good thing. The drive from and back to the Airport (RSW) was easy and the home was about 30 minutes away. As always things depend on traffic.

  The Lania and the Pool were nice as long as a January Sun was shining. Weather still needs to be agreeable to enjoy a swim. But with a heated pool to help in creating comfort. We enjoyed the pool on two of our five days at the house.

  I feel comfortable recommending this property if Lehigh Acres or Fort Myers is your destination.

  We really enjoyed our stay in this home. It was spotless, and updated. The property manager Mila was so helpful and nice. She replied to my text questions immediately. Will most definitely stay here again!
