4/5 The property was convenient for shopping and restaurants. However, it's 5 miles to the beach.

Good & bad
3/5 Couldn't enter the property at check in. Had to call to have lock reset. Probably biggest issue was cleanliness. I was 2 roaches the 1st night. I understand it's FL. But the ice trays in the freezer had sand on them, visible dirt in shower, etc.On the positive side the yard was nice. Sorry I wouldn't recommend.

5/5 It's a pretty basic place, but everything worked and it did what I needed it to do. Very comfy. Easy check-in and check-out. No problems.

Great little cottage
5/5 This property was just what we needed for the 3 nights that we stayed. The dog friendly accomadations & yard were very pleasant. Although we didn't have a dog with us, our neighbor did. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know our furry yard mate.

- Florida’s climate can attract pests, but the home is on a regular pest control plan, and the cleaning team has reinforced their efforts.
