  We had a great time! Pool was awesome, Clean, my kid loved it and a lots of toys for the pool, even for adults 😊our family enjoy the stay! friendly neighbors - Our 4th July weekend was great here! Clean bead and bathrooms! Easy access to everything and liquor store around the conner lol :P

  Bathrooms needed to be cleaned and the yard man did not show up during our stay so the kids really couldn’t enjoy the outside like they wanted and the outlets in the master room stopped working. Other than that the stay was gt

  Hi Cherita, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:
  - The home was thoroughly cleaned on July 10th, the day before your arrival.
  - We did not receive any communication from you regarding issues with the bathrooms during your stay.
  - We inspected the pool and lawn before your arrival, and the pool was in excellent condition. We recognized that the yard need to be mowed as the grass grows quickly during our rainy season.
  - Both the lawn care and pool service were scheduled and performed on Friday, as communicated to you via text message.
  We have worked very hard to provide a clean and comfortable place for guests to enjoy and will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

  We enjoyed this property! Our stay was great! Easy check in & great communication with the property manager! Loved all the recommendations of local beaches & spots to go! The pool was a nice addition to our stay! Would highly recommend!

  So first off the house inside was clean and ready for our stay. It is a older home so it's not perfect but we didnt expect it to be. - The thermostat quit working our first full day we were there and the pool needed tended too i informed the property manager and she had someone there to handle both issues the same day. The pool attendant did clean the pool but also needed to add chemicals so i was glad i messaged her - however it did end our swimming for the day. Nonetheless was glad that it was taken care of so quickly, she was very quick to respond and set up action. The pictures of the outside isn't exactly what you get when you currently arrive. The landscaping is overgrown and growing up thru the rocks everywhere. We especially noticed in the back by the pool and the grass needs cut pretty badly. It's not necessarily a huge deal since we didnt do anything but swim at the house. However the pictures presented on here are not currently what the property looks like on the exterior of the home. So its misleading. I understand things wear down over time however this looks that the landscaping/lawn maintenance of the property has been overlooked. Overall we had a good stay at the property. The manager was wonderful!
