– The property is a classic Florida bungalow from the 1960s that's been renovated to blend comfort with vintage charm. We used a professional photographer so we can be sure the listing accurately portrays the character of the home.
– The beds in the second bedroom are just two years old, and there’s a brand-new mattress on the pull-out couch to offer guests more flexibility. We understand mattress comfort is a personal preference, and we’re always looking for ways to accommodate a variety of sleep styles. The bathroom vanities have also been recently updated. One was just replaced this spring, and the other features a modern undermount sink with a granite countertop.
– Thanks for noting the ice maker and drain. Maintenance will be taking a closer look to ensure everything is functioning well.
