- This property is located in a gated community. Upon arrival, use the code 6282 to enter the main gate
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Please take the trash bins to the curb on Wednesday evening so trash can be collected on Thursday morning. Return the bins to the garage on Thursday evening. The garage can be opened from inside the home
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Leave the white key card and clubhouse key in the tray with the candles on the dining room table
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Eating in the living room or bedrooms is not permitted

- The patio furniture is stored inside the garage. Please do not leave it outside after use
- The key card to access the community is on the tray with the candles on the dining table. This key card grants access to the main gate only; guests cannot access the main gate without the key card 
- The key attached to the key card grants access to the clubhouse, which is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM 
- The pool is only open during daylight hours
