CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Early check-in cannot be accommodated
- The property is located in a gated community. To enter the Windsor Hills gate, show your reservation confirmation. Failure to provide this information will prevent you from being able to enter the community
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5647
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

- The form is required per the HOA registration process. It must be completed and returned, or you will be refused entry to the resort

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Late check-out cannot be accommodated
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please leave all unopened food products for donation to those in need
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking

- Windsor Hills is a family-oriented community with designated quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect this policy and remember to keep the noise down, particularly in the open areas at night. Noise from talking and music carries a long way in the mild Florida climate

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
