Unacceptable
1/5 I’m not one to usually leave poor reviews however after staying at this townhouse, I felt I needed to. Upon opening up the door of the house it had an unpleasant smell. Probably from the dingy old carpets and dirty floors. The beds were terrible, they were squeaky and very uncomfortable. There were ants on our nightstands and ants in the bathroom. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. The table is barely standing along with the chairs, and the couch needs to be replaced. This place reminded us of a frat house.

- The home is treated for pests every other month, which is standard in Florida due to the climate and potential for ants, especially if food is left out.
- The carpet is professionally cleaned on a regular basis, and the mattresses were recently replaced to help ensure guest comfort.
- We personally stayed in the unit shortly before your visit and didn’t notice any odors or issues, but your feedback has prompted a follow-up inspection.
- We’d love to better understand which chair or furniture piece felt unstable so we can address it directly.
