    There are cockroaches at this property! Not palmetto bugs but German roaches - we saw 9 in the 2 days that we stayed and eventually left and had to book another property. The property owner and company will not fully refund the cleaning fee or “guest service fee” since we did not have “proof” of every single instance. They also will not fully refund the nights we stayed with the roaches while we waited for an update from pest control that never came. The pack n plays and high chairs that are available are disgusting and when I opened 1 pack n play a vape pen fell out of it. There are weeds grown up all around the pool so you can’t sit around the pool either. There are other reviews noting the poor cleanliness of this property yet they still didn’t believe me when I said the property isn’t clean. We couldn’t get in the first night due to confusing check in process and had to get a hotel the first night. (App and check in instructions say use your phone number for code, a random email from the owner (not evolve or booking site) sent with a different code that we did not see. Sat on hold with property manager after a 22 hour drive for an hour at 4am and they couldn’t reach the owner for a new code so we had to leave and go to a hotel. Absolutely DO NOT BOOK this property or any other property with evolve. If a “property management” company would allow a property like this to be rented out I would steer clear of any other properties listed by them.

As soon as we were made aware of the concern, we immediately scheduled a pest control service to address the roach activity and provided proof of that treatment to show that we took the situation seriously. We apologize for any inconvenience caused while you waited for the update.

  • Swimming pool and cleanliness

    We paid for a heated pool that we didn't get. After several discussions with the property manager, We had a refund of 11 days out of 21 days. We don't agree to pay for something we didn't get. In addition, the most cleanliness leaves something to be desired. We therefore ask for a full refund for the water heater as well as the damage and inconveniences it has caused us.

    "Hi Daniel, we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the heated pool during your stay. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we immediately requested an emergency repair, which did come at a higher cost. Unfortunately, the technician needed to order replacement parts, which caused a delay beyond our control. 
    We want to clarify that we refunded 13 out of the 21 days due to the heater issue, not 11 as mentioned. We understand how frustrating this must have been and truly regret that the situation impacted your experience. 
    Thank you for your review—it helps us continue to improve."
