Pretty Good
4/5 I only say pretty good because we vacation often with Vrbo. Privately maintained property vs company maintained shows a big difference. Individual owners have special touches they have with there property. Perhaps we're spoiled by using Vrbo so often. Again this property was nice, but some things you can just tell that are corporate driven decisions.
Patio furniture if not, pation furniture cushions need replacement.

Well loved
4/5 This was our second time at Terra Verde. This unit has definitely been well loved. No complaints but a few new updates would benefit. Pool needs resurfaced, the bottom was very rough but still refreshing! Sliding glass door doesn’t stay closed all the way unless locked so maybe a screen door to keep out the geckos? We loved our time there but remember the neighbors behind the privacy fence aren’t part of the complex so unfortunately mgt couldn’t do anything about the loud music.

Had a few hiccups
3/5 Great location,
With a few hiccups, 1.patio furniture was horrible/gross, the grill was disgusting. 2. Ceiling fan was broken in one of the bedrooms, maintance never showed up to fix. 3. The ceiling was leaking water from the AC in the kitchen.
