    The rental listing was inaccurate, with fewer and smaller bathrooms than advertised and a significantly higher pool heating cost. The house had major safety hazards, poor maintenance, and was unclean. The owner proved unresponsive to any requests for assistance, while the property management company engaged in deceitful and unhelpful behavior, including gaslighting. I was misled and forced to endure two of the eight nights we paid for in the property before being allowed to leave, despite the numerous issues. I have yet to receive the full promised refund.
