  Very comfortable, clean, livable home. The pool was large and lovely.The location is fantastic. Very close to shopping and Disney. The beds were firm—we like firm. AC worked perfectly. I would recommend this home to everyone.One negative: the jets on the spa did not work. However, the owner was very responsive and refunded what we paid for pool heat.

• Just okay

  My family stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults 3 children 10 and under. The kids loved the pool but be prepared to bring/purchase a lot of other essentials, especially for cooking/kitchen. (Salt, blk pepper, tin foil, etc.)

  Also, we were only provided a "start up" of essentials, such a toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. This was not advertised on the VRBO listing but this is explained on the check in /check out list, which I felt was pretty deceiving. We stayed for 4 nights and we're given 1 roll of paper towels and 4 teeny rolls of toilet paper.. Lastly, when we had trouble with their television on the first day (tv wasn't turning on- needed new batteries) Ralph came out and "fixed it". The day after, we had trouble with same TV. Apparently, he had put in used batteries initially on that first day and just asked if I can go find some working batteries throughout the house. (Who does this?)

  Overall, I felt the effort to make this place an enjoyable part of the vacation was lacking. If you and your family plan to just use this home for sleep, it would be doable. But if like mine, you actually stayed on site, you might be better off with a property management company that actually cares.

  -The property provides a starter kit of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry items, which is standard for short-term rentals. While this information is not listed on the VRBO description, it is noted in the check-in instructions. For longer stays, guests may need to purchase additional items, and we apologize if this felt unclear.
  -We understand the frustration with the TV issue and appreciate your patience. The property manager initially replaced the batteries, but we apologize for the inconvenience of the situation and the miscommunication about finding additional batteries.
  -Salt and pepper are typically left behind by previous guests, but items like aluminum foil are not regularly stocked. We recommend checking with us ahead of time if you have any specific needs during your stay, and we’d be happy to assist with any preparations.

• Excelente y cómodo

  Fuimos 7 personas y nos acomodamos bien .. la casa es grande. El comedor muy bien. La cocina tiene todo para cocinar y estar cómodos. Muy cerca de los parques de Disney y muy fácil llegar a algunos outlets y centros comerciales. Excelente ubicación.
