• Very good property with tons of space!

  We enjoyed our stay despite a few issues. Plenty of space for our group of 2 adults & 2 teens! Super fun decor. The host really added those special touches with tons of amenities like coffee pods, tea, plenty of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. I was very impressed with all the little details, other places we've stayed barely give you one roll of toilet paper lol. We had a couple of issues like a mattress being in the kitchen area that took two days to be removed, it was because of bad weather but it would have been good to get a heads up on that. Also when maintenance moved it, they moved it outside to the patio so we couldn't enjoy eating breakfast out there the 2nd day. The most important issue was the sliding door wouldn't lock, this was a safety issue and it wasn't resolved by the time we left so we had to place a broom in the groove to prevent anyone potentially getting in. The toaster oven kept setting off the fire alarm even though we didn't burn anything, just starting the toaster set off the alarm. And unfortunately the little arcade game didn't work at all, one of the reasons I chose this unit because I knew we'd have a little down time and hoped to enjoy that but it never worked. Other than that, the beds were very comfortable, great location to Magic Kingdom (20 mins drive) and very close to restaurants etc. Giving 4 stars because of the issues, but Hayley our contact was very responsive and nice at least! And gave us later check-out. Thanks!!

  Its was the best i really enjoyed staying there. Loved the private pool and the gated community where the property is located. We will be staying again.

  Place was nice and clean. Had a leak that never got resolve. Also have to chase my package for that arrived early for the first 3 days. One of the homes was conducting construction until 12 midnight for 4 days straight. Would stay again but at different rental just felt the service was poor

It arrived before your stay, and I, the homeowner, not recognizing the name, temporarily removed it thinking it was delivered to the wrong address. Once we realized it was yours, it was promptly returned to the property. We’re sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience this caused.
  -We're sorry to hear about the leak, and it's unfortunate that we weren't made aware of it during your stay. Our property managers are fully equipped to handle repairs immediately, and we would have addressed it right away if notified. We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay.
  -We also apologize for the disturbance caused by the construction in the subdivision. We weren’t informed about the late-night work in advance, but we understand how this could have impacted your stay.

  Our stay was amazing! Our contact, Hailey was easy to reach and helped us quickly. The house was clean and the little treats left for us to have was a special touch. It was nice to have a few amenities available so we didn’t need to rush around getting everything right away. Thanks
