  Kitchen was not stocked very well. Not enough towels or wash cloths. There were no hand towels. TV streaming was bad. Upstairs bathroom the tub drained very slow, mold in shower and shower curtain liner was dirty. Very noisy neighborhood. It was just ok but not great. It served its purpose for the 2 nights that we were there. I will not book it again.

  -The kitchen is stocked with brand-new essentials, suitable for up to 8 guests, and we’ve received positive feedback from other visitors.
  
  -Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, with extra linens available in the upstairs linen closet for guest convenience.
  
  - Both the tub drain and TV streaming services were checked after your stay and found to be in proper working order.
  
  - The home is located in a quiet, primarily retirement community, and we have not previously received noise complaints.
  
  We appreciate your input as we strive to provide a great experience for all our guests.

• Hot tub issue

  Great location, overall nice condo. The condo was booked for 2 nights. However the main reason we booked this condo was because it had a hot tub. The water in the hot tub was murky and gross. I contacted the property manager who said that he’d contact the spa service to come out. The spa service came out the morning that we left the condo.

  I really loved the stay here. Property was very clean and accommodated my family. The location was near everything that we planned for our trip. Definitely will consider staying again.

• Convenient and Quaint

  Conveniently located within 20 minutes of all Disney parks. There was a little mishap with some of the cookware, receiving a package, and the bathrooms did have a little black mold; however, communication was fairly quick and effective. Checking in and out was super straightforward.

  -We understand the challenges you faced in trying to receive mail through our private mailbox, which is not accessible to guests. To facilitate communication effectively, we encourage guests to have packages delivered to the front door, which is permissible.
