  Property was convenient, pool was nice. Condo could use a deep clean. Where bedroom carpet meets the floor of the bathroom in master bath, there is a nail sticking out- needs to be fixed

  The property itself was fine. Pool was good, but wasn’t heated.We were not left with adequate amount of towels or toilet paper. No Kleenex.We were left with 2 dish pods for dishwasher, but no laundry soap for starting towels at checkout like we were asked.They claimed an email was sent indicating we are left with starters, but would need to buy what we needed. I never received said email.We went through towels very quickly, as we were in the pool daily.Ceiling fans would be nice for air circulation.

  Good location. The gate code doesn't work, the guard has to open the gate. You can't sit on the back patio, it's full of debris. The edges in the bathroom on the floor are dirty. The doors in the hall are damaged on the bottom. The gym doesn't open until 9am.

  - Entry to the property is managed through an electronic barcode, which is sent to guests before arrival. We personally sent this to you in advance.
  - The outdoor patio is regularly cleaned, but due to wind and nearby landscaping, some wood chips and debris can accumulate quickly.
  - The cleaning team confirmed the home was cleaned thoroughly before your arrival, but we will double-check with the team to ensure all details, including bathroom edges, meet expectations.
  - The hall doors are being evaluated for potential repairs or updates to ensure a more polished look for future guests.
  - The gym hours are determined by the building’s management and are outside of our control, but we're sorry that had a negative impact on your stay.
