Just Okay
3/5 While the property manager was very responsive and helpful, there were several things that impacted our stay. The cleaning of the property before we arrived was not good. And when we went to make coffee the first morning we found that the pot hadn’t been cleaned out and was so moldy the filter basket had to be thrown out. They were supposed to bring a new coffee pot but never did. The spa wasn’t working when we got there and had to have someone come fix it after 2 days. The beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable upstairs. They never added us to the Reunion Resort so we couldn’t use any of the amenities like the listing said we would. I wanted to like this property but just too many things went wrong for the price.
