Disappointed!!!
1/5 In pictures this rental property looked aesthetically appealing. Unfortunately, that was not what we walked into. The rental smelled stuffy, and was extremely dirty and dusty. The rugs and walls needed a deep clean. Not to mention the couch had huge stains, we actually went to target to buy bed covers to feel comfortable enough to sit on the couch. No extra bedding was available or towels. The guest rep was informed of everything and we did receive a shipment of towels only a couple of days later. The kitchen was not fully equipped. We were not able to use the dishwasher as it was not properly installed. The list goes on. It is unfortunate that this rental property is not up to standards. My family and I were looking forward relax and enjoy the sunshine state, however the stay was very stressful.
