5/5 The home was very comfortable and welcoming. I had my parents and my uncle stay with me and the three rooms were more than enough. The beds were comfortable and was glad to see fresh towels ready in each room to use the showers. The large livingroom was big enough to hold a nice family gathering after we came back from a birthday party. We all sat around and had some great conversations. All the younger members enjoyed the pool.
Wrong time for check in
3/5 Wrong check in time on the website. When we arrived at the house, the girl who was cleaning told us that check in was at 4pm. There was no problem waiting for her to leave, but I believe this should be changed on the website.
Perfect in Orlando
5/5 The accommodation is super complete, as shown in the photo, it is perfect for 5/6 passengers.
The location is ideal for getting around Orlando.
It has everything to enjoy the holidays.
Worst experience
1/5 When we arrived we found the covers were dirty and had an awful smell. I tried contacting the guest contact and that was a fail. He doesn’t care about anything you say and also doesn’t believe anything you say. He doesn’t answer the phone no matter what, when you call his number you will get a text from him saying “text me please.” No matter how many times you text him nothing gets done. The condo was dirty, the air filter looked like it had never been changed, the ceiling vents look awful between dust and mildew, the tub in the master bathroom sounds like you are going to fall through the ceiling, the toilets constantly run, the ants are awful don’t leave trash in the trash can or you will have lines of ants in the kitchen, there is suppose to be a fob for the pool but there isn’t one, there was only 2 wash clothes in the whole unit we had to go buy some so we would have some.
Evolve was good but don’t rent this
1/5 No access to amenities available because someone lost the key card, the AC does not work properly, we never slept in the beds we slept on top of the blankets and found when we stripped the beds the sheets were DIRTY I don’t mean just a little I mean like dead bugs in the sheets dirty.
