  I don’t have anything to bad to say the only issues I have is their is an extremely like I’m talking about horrible ant problem… an exterminator needs to be called immediately. Millions of ants in the kitchen. They are just everywhere . My other problem was there was no wash cloths . Not that big of a deal we ended up running to Walmart and buying a pack of wash cloths for our stay but none were provided. Also in caption it says fire pit. There was no fire pit.. another item listed says stroller and car seat provided. There is also no stroller. Other than that the stay was fine.

• STAY AWAY, awful experience

  This was the most awful stay I've ever experienced. To start the owner never responded to email, text or call before and during stay. When we got to home we could not get into the property. It lists a code but there was no lock box. Took an hour to find a hidden key, again owner never responded. The home was not stocked with anything. We had to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, shampoo conditioner and soap. The home lists a wifi that doesn't exist. Again owner didn't answer phone call to clarify. The bathtubs are incredibly dirty (growing fungus and bugs noticeable) and one of them the floor feels like it's sinking. The floors throughout the house were dirty, the closet door was taken off the hinge and just sitting there. One bed is visibly slanted. The kitchen isn't stocked. There were no baking pans, pot holders, pizza cutter, and only two spoons. Even still we tried to push through. Second night came home to find a leak in the master bedroom through the door. There is a poorly patched hole in the ceiling. Owner didn't answer again. Final straw was finding bed bugs. We left immediately. The response was to just not charge us for the nights not stayed and only give a 30% back on the nights we did. I ended up having to move my children in the middle of the night, pay more for a last minute rental. STAY AWAY. This property is a hell hole and should not be listed.

• Spacious house

  The house is very spacious and can accommodate a large group. There are several TV. It's a bit outdated. Kitchen and bathrooms need an upgrade, but it works especially for this price. The location is fine, close enough to shops and the parks.

  I would never use this place again when we come back to Orlando as there were multiple issues with this unit.

  First problem:

  Check-in was 3pm. We arrived close to 4pm. Email said the door had a lock with code but when we arrived it was a regular lock with a key. There was no key given. Tried calling the host, he never picked up the phone. Walked back to the security gate, gave the security guy the host's number and he responded to that person, indicating the key was under the rug. We never received a direct reply. With this delay, we ended up wasting around 45min in front of the house, and we just wanted to be able to rest from an early flight to Orlando.

  Second problem: There were things broken, like a closet door in one of the bedrooms, and one of the light appliances in another room. 3 TVs but not all the remotes. One pan was dirty so we had to wash it before using.

  Third problem: Email said to use Internet you should connect to specific WiFi network with specific password. That WiFi network didn't exist. Tried calling and emailing the host, never received a reply, so we were never able to use the Internet from this house.
