• Nice Townhouse

  Only information about townhouse was online or in email. There was nothing in townhouse about TV or DVD player. The hot tub unable to use (told new one on the way) The kitchen and dining room were nice. There was no pizza pan or bake ware. Bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. You have to make sure shower curtains close. The one upstairs one was slightly dirty on the bottom. Everything else was good!

• Quick getaway

  The place had plenty of space for us, and for our vehicles. Definitely not as pristine as the photos looked, and was disappointed we couldn't use the hot tub. Lots of stains on the carpets and bedspreads. and dust on all the fake plants. We barely had enough towels for everyone, until we found more in the dryer the night before we left. We folded them.

  Stay was pleasant. Neighborhood was very quiet. Unit is spacious and has most necessities. Hot tub was not functioning. Burnt out and mismatched lightbulbs in upstairs bathroom. Carpeting, particularly in master, needed a good cleaning. TV has technical issues. Unit could benefit from a deep clean and a little TLC.. it suited our needs as we were out and about most of the time.

• Could definitely have been better.

  Unfortunately, it was just ok. When staying at a VRBO I assume we will have at least the bare minimum of items needed to stay. For example, only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One roll of paper towels, one extra garbage bag. Rug in living room is literally painful to walk on. Hot tub is unimaginably dirty and smelly. Not even one pod for washing machine. Mold on the shower curtain upstairs and mold in the ice dispenser. I didn't find that out until the last day. Glad I didn't get sick because I love my ice! We chose a VRBO so we could cook some of the meals instead of eating out. Only one frying pan and it was pretty small. No coffee grounds at all. We left some and left some toilet paper for the next guests. Beds were so hard none of us could sleep. Seating in living area is not sufficient for 5 adults and the area is super small. Don't plan on watching much tv as it is the size of a laptop screen. I guess I understand that some guests may steal items from VRBO's but some of us would never and would appreciate the minimum. Positive.. gated, safe neighborhood. Close to most things. Beds were clean and the place was clean enough. Property manager was responsive, prompt and helpful. I don't normally write much in reviews but this was just so disappointing. Don't say you have a hot tub if it's unusable.

• Thanksgiving Stay

  The Kissimmee place was great for my wife and I. It was clean, very comfortable, great location and close to my family. Gary was a great host. We are thankful and would stay there again in the future. Thanks.
