  Profound disappointment with the unacceptable condition of the property upon our arrival.The house was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There is dust throughout the entire property, dead bugs, and even bloodstains on the pillows. The showers are clogged, and the overall condition is completely unsuitable for a vacation. We were forced to wash the bedding ourselves before using it, which is completely unacceptable. This vacation was planned and we have looked forward to it for many months. Now it is overshadowed by these deplorable conditions. Given that we have a 9-night stay over the Christmas and New Year’s period, we cannot and will not stay in a property that is in such a state. We stayed only first night.

  but this offer was declined.
  - The home receives routine pest control, though Florida’s climate can sometimes result in occasional deceased pests appearing.
  - Linens are regularly sanitized and replaced as needed, and a post-departure inspection did not find widespread cleanliness issues beyond
  some dust from recent remodeling.

  Older building , worn , aged . Rooms were clean and price was fair . However - needs some love - broken lights , paint dirty needs touch up in high traffic areas .

  - The home is spacious at over 3,700 square feet, and we regularly update and maintain it to keep it welcoming for guests. Recent upgrades include new countertops, a resurfaced pool and heater, seven new smart TVs, and an array of Xbox games.
  - Touch-ups, including paint and other details, are completed as often as possible to keep the home in great condition despite frequent bookings.
  - We were not made aware of any broken lights during your stay, but our local manager is available to quickly resolve any concerns should guests need assistance during their stay.

• Nice house, great location

  Nice house! Plenty of room. Convenient to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool! The house could use a good deep cleaning. Its such a nice house the cleaning company is not doing it justice! Dust, dirty handprints on the walls and doors. Dirt and hair on the floors.

  Also we had an AC issue and they responded very quickly! :)
