  Nice layout to the house but floor had a film on it and bed sheets smelled of cologne (hadn’t been washed).

• Disgusting/come ready to clean

  1 Cleanliness: ◦ The floors were dirty, leaving our feet black after walking on them. ◦ The couch has a noticeable large stain on the right cushion that appears to be food or another substance. ◦ Several dishes in the cupboards were not properly cleaned and still had food residue on them. ◦ The extra blankets provided had food stains, or some substance and the rugs in the bathroom are heavily worn, with visible water stains and discoloration.

  2 Privacy and Condition: ◦ Multiple blinds are missing, which is a privacy concern given the close proximity of the neighbors.

  3 Bedding and Amenities: ◦ The quality of the bedding is very poor. ◦ not to mention two comforters with food or makeup on them. Regarding the pack-and-play, we were told there wasn’t one available and spent $60 to rent one, only to find that there is a pack-and-play on site. Very poor communication with the host. This was both frustrating and an unnecessary. I spent time rewatching all the linen and dishes.

  Additionally, due to the condition of the dishes and linens, we had to rewash all the dishes before use and launder all the linens ourselves because of visible food stains, makeup, or other substances on the materials. While the layout of the property is functional and has potential, the overall cleanliness, condition, and lack of accurate communication about amenities have significantly impacted our experience. We have used VRBO multiple times and the company under them Evolve is not great for managing their units or customer satisfaction.

  It was amazing stay loved everything about the house and would recommend anyone to this home the only problem we had the weather wasn't hot enough to enjoy the nice pool but overall 10 thumbs up
