  I arrived at 4am to bedding thst was soiled and smelled like wet hair. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer on site and I later learned of additional bedding in the closet that sppeared clean. Besides that when I had an issue the property manager responded quickly. The neighborhood felt safe. Couldn't rollerblade in the community though. Besides cleanliness which i had to do the overall stay was pleasant

  - We take cleanliness very seriously and our property manager does a walk-through and strips all the beds to ensure they are washed, however, they do not go back after they are laundered to ensure they are completely dry. We will change the process so that we can be 100% sure they are completely dry before putting clean linens on the beds.
  - We are very happy that the property manager responded quickly and they got everything resolved. We were not aware you were not allowed to rollerblade in the community but happy that you enjoyed our safe neighborhood.
  
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  I have booked through VRBO 10-15 times. This is the first property I have not been very pleased with. Very minimal furnishings. It sleeps 6-7 but there is only room for 5 people to sit in the living room. It had a very large dining space with absolutely no furniture except 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There were no instructions on how to use the coffeemaker and I could not get it to work. The parking space was so small I had to park Diagonal in order not to get a ticket or get towed. There is usually at least 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, but this only had 1 in each and usually 1 roll of paper towels and there were none. I was going to fix a dinner one night for some relatives that were in the area, but because of the lack of furnishings and the lack of parking this was not possible. The location was just ok, but not horrible. I will have to say it was very clean.

  From the Owner; we wish you had contacted us with questions about the coffee maker and if you needed more supplies. We are here for our guests and do what we can to make their stay a great one.
  - We apologize if you felt you did not have enough room to relax in the living room, the photos are accurate and we can house up to 6 guests comfortably.
  - We ask all our potential guests to look closely at the listing so that they can ensure this is what they are looking for. Our prices are great for the space you are renting and we have a long history of happy guests who have enjoyed the size and space we provide.
  
  We are confident that future guests will have excellent stays as we are accustomed to delivering.

• Everything was good but the tv in the master bedroom did not for 2 days.

  I think the place needs a deep cleaning, fresh paint and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.

  It was nice having a house close to the events that we flew across country to enjoy. It was also nice to be able to have a place to visit with family and relatives. The place was not as clean as I would’ve expected but other than that we had a great time.

  Family of 5 went on vacation for multiple days at this home. Great spot great value. I would recommend or use this home again
