  Location was great- cleanliness was NOT! Ants were in the laundry room, main bath and upstairs king bedroom, kitchen cabinets were coated in grease with hair stuck to the cabinets, popcorn was found under the bed upstairs which we never ate, box fan was broken, king bed upstairs frame was broken, and hair was in the shower. Kids wore socks on the hard wood floor and they were black. We ended up vacuuming the entire house, when we were finished- the bag was FULLof crap!

  - We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location of our property.
  - Our cleaner vacuums thoroughly, sweeps, and mops all hard floors after each booking, and also uses a degreaser to clean the kitchen cabinets. We’ll be reviewing the process with our team to ensure nothing is missed in the future.
  - We’ll be replacing the broken box fan, inspecting the upstairs bed frame for repairs.
  - We’ll be working with our pest control service to address the ants in the laundry area and confirm treatment is completed more frequently if needed.
  - Our cleaner typically sends a video after each clean, but we’ll be adding extra checks to make sure things like hair in the shower and food under the bed don’t get overlooked again.

  This place was perfect for our family of 8. We were stopping through before porting a cruise ship. The place was super clean, and had no issues at all. We did an airboat tour nearby, so much fun!

• Close to all the parks

  Very comfortable and clean complex. Only gripe is that they were doing lawn work on a Saturday morning which woke me up.

  We had a good overall experience. It was clean in a good neighborhood. There wasn’t dishwasher or laundry detergent and I had to go buy some. It could have more supplies on the property like scissors and tape, things like that. The kids loved the pool and the provided pool noodles. Thanks for a great stay.

• So close to Disney & great communication with owners

  Clean, spacious and so close to Disney. We had a great time. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities but saw the pool was nice and kid friendly. Great location and convenient to attraction. The owners & property manager were responsive. Def recommend.
