Very comfy
5/5 My family and I thought the house was very conveniently located and it met all our needs. Very spacious and comfortable. Kids really enjoyed the game room. I have 2 small suggestions 1) the room where the bunk beds are located is quite warm and no fans in the room. I ceiling fan would help. Lastly, the room in the back has a ceiling fan but it was very noisy. Might need to be changed out. However we really enjoyed our time in the Pink Villa.

Nice house for a quick trip
4/5 My mom, my myself, and my 4 year old daughter stayed here for 5 nights. I do love the neighborhood and the house it cute. A few things though- the furniture is very outdated and not in great shape, the king sized bed is very uncomfortable and lumpy, the pool is not heated and there was not a skimmer there to remove bugs (eww). Communication with the house manager wasn't very good. I messaged her the first night about two different things, one being a dead bug in the bathtub and she did not answer me for 3 days until I mentioned an issue with the electric.

Great Stay
5/5 Great location. Close to lots of shopping & restaurants choices. Very close to Disney and a quick drive to Universal Studios.
The home is in a lovely neighborhood and is well kept. Lots of space to relax and unwind. You will love it here.
