CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The gated entrance is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0779
- Once the gate code is entered, wait until the dial tone, the number is dialed and then 'Bibiddi-Bobbidi-Boo is heard'
- The gate will then open
- DO NOT ENTER THE CODE TWICE. The system will lock
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- A parking pass can be found inside the unit upon check-in and must be hung from your rear view mirror during the entirety of your stay
- Access cards to the amenities can be found inside the unit upon check-in and are required for entry into the main gate
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Return parking pass to where you found it
- Return access cards to where you found them
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please be sure to leave the property passes and parking pass in the unit when you check out. Thank you so much!
