3/5 The unit was very clean! Beds were somewhat comfortable. Box springs should be added to kids beds. Linens on master bed need to be updated as they are frayed. Loved the gated community! Getting in and out was super easy!
Biggest set back: thermostat was locked to a minimum of 72 degrees. We had someone with us that uses a CPap and the temperature has huge impact on the moisture/humidity if it’s not low enough. This caused them to not sleep well during the trip which can really derail an experience. Given that the temp outside was over 70-72 at night there was no risk of unit freezing. It would have been nice to know that up front. Other than that, everything was good. I would stay there again if the air conditioner was more adjustable.

- The twin beds provided are a newer style that is not designed to accommodate box springs, which is why they were specifically chosen.
- All bed linens, including those in the main bedroom, were replaced with brand-new sets just two months ago to ensure a fresh and comfortable experience for guests.
- We were not informed of any health-related concerns before or during the stay—had we known, we would have gladly taken steps to better accommodate your guest's needs.
- There are no restrictions set on the thermostat, and we would have worked to adjust it had we been contacted during your visit.

Cute little community and townhouse
5/5 This was perfect for our stay! The property manager was very helpful when one of the blinds was not working and promptly answered our call and replaced them. The neighborhood was very nice and clean and gated. Plenty of towels too!
