CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The community is gated. Bring your photo ID and reservation confirmation to check-in at the gatehouse or community center
- Upon arrival, there will be a $20 per vehicle charge to enter the resort. This charge is an Emerald Island Resort charge and is non-refundable and non-transferable
- During check-in, you can pay for the optional amenity key card necessary to access the community amenities. The $10 will be refunded once the card is returned
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- After entering the access code, please make sure to turn the deadbolt to open the door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Upon check-out, remember to return the amenity key card in order to be refunded
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please leave all unopened food products for donation to those in need
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

Super convenient location for Disney Vacation

Emerald Island Resorts!!! Amazing as always!

sadly had to leave 2 weeks early due to covid-19

No back lights , my kids couldn't go out in play because of the back woods , my pillow was often

We brought our kids down for their birthday. This townhouse was convenient and affordable.

Our stay was great! The house was clean and spacious. One negative AC unit not cool upstairs.
