The worst place I have ever been in Florida
1/5 Please never rent this place: cockroaches in the kitchen, mold in the bathroom and in waste baskets, old and dirty towels, dust in very messy closets. It seems to me that the owner has not performed any kind of maintenance tasks in several months, maybe years.
We felt fortunate to leave early due to huracan Milton.

- The condo receives monthly professional pest control services, and no previous guests have reported any issues with roaches. We also haven't encountered any during our detailed inspections.
- After a thorough inspection, no mold or mildew was found in the bathroom or waste baskets. We take cleanliness seriously and we're confident that these areas are properly maintained by our dedicated team.
- Our towels and linens are in good condition and are regularly checked to ensure they meet our high standards for quality.
- The closets were found to be dust-free and organized when inspected and were in guest-ready condition.
- We take great pride in maintaining the property, and regular upkeep is always performed.

Surprisingly quiet
5/5 We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The unit was facing the road but was surprisingly quiet. I didn’t hear any noise from upstairs either. Lots of restaurants around. Easy to get to Disney Springs without getting on I-4, which is always a plus! Check in and check out were very easy.
