  The host was great. Easy to communicate with, answered all questions quickly, and with our best interest in mind. The house was large enough that we could spread out and have space after long days at Disney. The drive to Disney was so easy and close. The house wasn’t the cleanest we have stayed in, only surface clean, but the beds were clean and comfortable. Take note that there is limited laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags. There is not any soap to shower with. Good thing Walmart is close! There are also zero seasonings or pan spray, and the pans are well-used. Just know you are going to need a grocery run when you arrive. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. We didn’t have much time at the park or the pool, but from the short time we were there, it was nice.Would we stay here again? Yes, but we would know what to expect next time. We do wish it had been a little bit cleaner, but as I said, the beds were clean and perfect for a good night's rest. The house is a little bit dated but very nice and plenty big.The communication with the host made it a very good trip, and we would return because of that and because of the location to Disney.

  Communication from host first class and villa was exactly what we needed as 4 golfers. Great location for courses and places to eat out when required.

  This was a truly wonderful stay. We visit Orlando most years, and regularly stay in villas around the Kissimme and Davenport areas. This year, we wanted a base for 9 of us for 3 weeks and it could not have been any better.The house is perfect, comfortable and well equipped, with a perfect pool area that has plenty of shade. The owner was brilliant in terms of communication and we were really grateful for being allowed a bit of extra time to check-out on the day we left.The management company (Javier) were brilliant also. One day, we noticed the pool had gone very green (due to the intense heatwave) but once we reported it, it was resolved and cleaned within hours, so didn’t disrupt our time at all.Also….the location is the best spot we have stayed in, in over 25 years. So close to all the parks and the choice of restaurants along hwy192 within 5 minute drive was fantastic.We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.Thank you to Raul and all the people involved in making this such a brilliant place to stay.
