CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking allowed indoors or in the hot tub
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No commercial photography allowed
- No candles or open flames allowed
- Please ensure that no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper are flushed down the toilet
- Discard all cooking oils in the trash. Do not pour any oils in the sink
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not cause excessive noise
- Please follow all posted community traffic and parking rules
- Please do not collect any mail from the mailbox (on occasion, our permanent tenants might receive packages addressed to them at the front door and/or mailbox; they will go by and pick them up without any bother to our guests)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

Hot tub rules:
- No more than 4 people can use at one time
- Please rinse off before entering and be sure to turn off the shower hose when not in use
- No food or glass allowed in or around the hot tub
- Do not use dyes, bubbles, or soaps
- Please cover the hot tub when not in use
- The hot tub maintenance kit is located on the patio cart. Please use the provided supplies if needed, or reach out to the Guest Contact to schedule service

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
