CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Please use the stepping stone path on the left-hand side of the home to enter the guest house
- To open the wooden gate, pull down the black box on the right; no code is required
- The home is accessible via keyless entry, which is located on the yellow door on the left-hand side of the studio. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items and throw away leftover food. The trash bin is located along the front driveway near the large gate
- Please take the trash bin out to the curb on Sunday evening so the trash can be collected on Monday morning. Please put the bin back where you found it on Monday evening
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please clean the grill after use. The grill brush is next to the grill and spray underneath the grill cabinet
- Please turn the thermostat to cool at 76 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
