CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- A four-digit code will be your access code for the door. Your personalized code is the last 4 phone numbers on file with your reservation account .
Enter last four digits of phone number. Press check mark or # if not available. At this time you will hear door unlock.
- Please note the code is scheduled to be active at 4 pm from your agreed upon check-in time, and will NOT work prior to that, nor will it work after your checkout time at 10 am. If you at any point attempt to enter your code more than 3 times incorrectly, or outside the times it is active, it will automatically lock you out for about 5 minutes before it resets. This is for our guests safety. 
** Please do not unplug the gateway tampering there is a fine for doing so. If you need further assistance please contact the guest contact immediately for assistance.
- The laundry room is located through the garage side door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
- The code to the laundry room is 3639

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of ALL pet waste
- Take out the trash. Place the recycling bin on the curb Wednesday night and bring it back on Thursday morning, and place the trash bin on the curb Thursday night and bring it back on Friday morning.
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
