  It was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the proximity to the beach. The weather was great during our stay. We were thankful for the beach chairs & toys that came with this condo. We definitely give five stars to this property and highly recommend it.

• Great location with functional layout!

  Excellent location and the layout of the condo was fantastic! Not one, but two spacious decks - what a bonus!! We were appreciative of the quiet nights.The kitchen could use a new set of pots/pans and gadgets. Coffee pot has been well used. Some of the kitchen pots and gadgets had to be cleaned prior to use. Also, a few more beach towels would be beneficial. I think there were a total of 3; two were very thin.

  The location and proximity to the beach were great! We enjoyed our stay.

  Cons:

  the people above our unit had 2 dogs and were noisy at 11pm

  the vent fan and return vent in the bathroom needed a very deep clean

  no detachable shower head so it was hard to bathe a toddler

• Very dissatisfied!

  I looked forward to my stay at the condo for months based on the positive reviews. I was quickly disappointed to find the bathrooms dirty upon arrival (cleaned them myself and reported to contact). On top of this, the laundry room door fell off the hinges on a family member and the room was HOT! We reported the temperature (controlled by the home owner) multiple times to no avail. With every fan in the house going and the thermostat (from our end) setting on 60, it STAYED at least 75 degrees at all times. (It is currently 78 in the bedroom and atleast 80 in the living room as I type). In late July, this is unacceptable and there was no relief for the heat no matter where we went! We closed the shades at one point to cool the room down (completely blocking the view and the reason for coming) but could not get any help when asked. For the money paid for our short stay, I definitely expected more. Beautiful condo and for the most part peaceful beaches (the weekend brought in a LOT of public beach go-ers from right up the road) but the comfort level was simply not there with the heat.

  - We accommodated your request for an early check-in, which occurred before our final walkthroughs and cleaning were completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
  - We have since fixed the laundry room door to ensure it is secure for future guests.
  - To address the temperature issue, we provided an additional portable A/C unit and tested the system after your stay, confirming it can reach a temperature of 72 degrees. We wish we had been made aware of the problem earlier so we could assist with adjusting the portable unit.
  - Your feedback about the cleaning has been noted, and our team will ensure more thorough checks before guest arrivals.

• Beautiful view and quiet beach

  We flew in so the beach amenities in the closet downstairs were nice even though the umbrella was broken. They had a cooler and many chairs and a tent we didn't bother with. Inside is nice. The biggest complaint was the ac wouldn't go below 75. The manager told us to turn on the front room ac but that didn't help. When you've been outside all day and try to get ready in 75 degrees it's a little frustrating. I would stay here again but would like the ac to be set to 70 especially for the price for 4 nights. Also, the windows on the patio were dirty so i had to look over it to see the view clearly. No big deal but again paying that much and researching over 50 condos i don't regret it but would like to be comfortable. So really i wouldn't stay here unless the ac is updated.

  From the owner: " Thank you for the review. We do have plans to upgrade the AC system to provide lower cooling. We did buy the additional AC system to provide lower cooling in the meantime. We stayed there over the 4th and were able to get the temp below 70 on hot days. Be sure bedroom doors are open and ceiling fans are on to circulate the cool air fully. The windows on the balconies have been cleaned."
