- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The building code starting June 6th is 4632
- The code starting July 4th is 4753
- The code starting August 1st is 4137
- The code starting September 5th is 4719
- The code starting October 3rd is 4852
- The code starting November 7th is 4963
- The code starting December 5th is 4569
 - When you get past the lobby, walk up to the door to get into the unit in building 1; there will be an electronic box
- When you put your full hand on the electronic keypad it has a safety feature that only lights up a couple of numbers at first. Push those numbers, then it will light up the whole keypad and you may put the code in
- The code for the unit entrance is *1969
- Once you're inside the unit, you will find a key on a lanyard that provides access to the building, pool, and beach gate
- The beach entry gate code is *3654
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Please leave the lanyard with the key inside the unit where it was left for you. There will be a $100 fee if the keys go missing
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds. Please do not remove the mattress pads from all the beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival.
- The network name and password for the WiFi can be found on the router located on the tv stand, below the TV In the living room

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Guests can open the trash compacter by pushing on the level located on the floor. This lever is a push pad on the bottom by the ground. Please do not pull the lever. Please pack the trash as much as possible and if the compacter does not open, run it one more time. Please be gentle with this lever and system
- The lock box hanging from the doorknobs is not for check-in. The lockbox is only there if the keyless entry lock fails
- Access the pool via the large roll gate set north of Beach Cottage 2
- Please see the check-in instructions for information regarding pool and beach access
