  Perfect location, everything you can possibly need for a vacation. Everything has been thought of in this vacation rental, down to the water filter pitcher and a step stool for the washer and dryer for those vertically challenged (me).. The bed was comfortable, the patio looking out the backyard and water view- breathtaking. There was coffee choices, hair products, sunscreen.. will DEFINATELY be back..

  Diane is an excellent host, very accommodating and ensuring her guests have a wonderful stay. The property was extremely clean, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We can't wait to stay again. We loved kayaking and paddling on the back bay, extra bonus was seeing 3 dolphins.

  Diane was a wonderful host.

  Nature boardwalk just around the corner, which I loved the morning walk through and then onto the beach.

  Recommendations on eateries was very helpful and delicious. We would enjoy staying again and highly suggest you do as well...It won't disappoint!

  I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful one-bedroom apartment with a stunning view of the bays, complete with sightings of playful dolphins. From the moment I stepped in, it was evident that the place was brand new, impeccably maintained, and adorned with all the accreditations one could ask for. The attention to detail, from the cozy furnishings to the thoughtful touches that enhanced comfort, truly made my stay exceptional.

  The owner's hospitality was exemplary - always available to assist with any queries or needs, yet respectful of privacy, allowing for a serene retreat. The neighborhood itself was delightful, boasting nearby pickleball courts for some recreational fun, and a short, scenic stroll through a charming boardwalk trail led me to the breathtaking beach.

  Safety was never a concern, as both the neighborhood and the unit itself offered a secure environment, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without worry. With such a fantastic experience, I have no doubt that I'll be returning to this location on my next visit to the area. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil, yet conveniently located getaway with impeccable amenities and unparalleled views.
