  We rented this apartment for a month. 10 days in I wanted to get the apt cleaned and was told we would have to fit into their schedule so we didn’t know when and was also told it would cost $160 at our expense. We had already paid $7927 dollars for the rental. Even at a hotel they clean the room on request at no extra cost. Also there was black mold across the window sill of the shower. For these reasons I would not stay at this rental again.

Unlike a hotel, our operational model involves pre-scheduled cleaning staff who manage multiple properties. This structure can sometimes limit immediate availability but we strive to accommodate guest needs as closely as possible within these constraints. I appreciate your flexibility in eventually agreeing to a scheduled cleaning time, and I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the additional cost for mid-stay cleaning services.   As for the issue of the black mold you mentioned, we take such concerns very seriously. Upon your report and subsequent checks during and after your stay, we found no evidence of mold. However, this does not diminish the importance of your concern, and we will continue to monitor and address any such issues promptly to ensure the health and safety of all our guests.

  Clean private 2 bedroom unit. Laundry available along with private outdoor seating and gas grill. Comfortable for 4 of us to live in and large enough to entertain our extended family for meals. Easy to keep it clean and pleasantly comfortable for all.
