- A photo ID and an additional $7 fee per package are required to retrieve packages at the property. Guests must fold cardboard shipping boxes and place them in the dumpster outside the Receiving Office
- The parking fee fluctuates. Rates start at $20/night for stays less than 1 week or $10/night for stays 1 week or longer
- The valet requires an additional fee to be paid upon arrival. Valet costs for stays between 1-7 nights are $100; valet costs for stays between 8-14 nights are $125; valet costs for stays between 15-21 nights are $150; and valet costs for stays between 22-31 nights are $175

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- For a smooth check-in, please reach out to the Guest Contact to provide the first and last names of each adult in your group, and how many kids there will be so they may provide this info to the Receiving Office
- Guests must pay for parking on arrival. Park in an unmarked spot in the Valet Parking area, then go to the 3901 Service Entrance and press the button on the intercom to speak to the receptionist. The receptionist will let you inside the building. Once inside, turn right to go to the Receiving Office to pay for a key fob and parking pass
- If you will be arriving after 5:00 PM, you will have to pay the parking to the valet, get your receipt, and go to administration the next day at 9:00 AM to get a parking tag and the key to enter the building
- The Receiving Office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry on the front door. The code is 1313
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Replacement pool wristbands are available for an additional $10 fee

- Guests must use service elevators when transporting luggage. Luggage and luggage carts, beach gear, and shopping carts cannot be brought inside the passenger elevators
- Service elevators are located to the left of the passenger elevators and can be accessed from the Receiving Office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or the Lobby from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM
