Entirely mixed
4/5 The apartment and property are great. I’d take the steps as much as possible. The elevators are slow. Also grocery shop ahead of time. Although there’s a coffee maker, there’s no coffee as I’d thought the listing stated and it was hard to find a cup of coffee before 7 am. No one was open. Even the ones that said they’re open. The property is beautiful. Amazing sunrises. Can walk to everything including groceries, other hotels, Walmart. Eating is pricey in the complex and anywhere nearby. But there’s plenty of cookware and fridge space. Contacting the host was so confusing. I would get bounced by the host company to the building staff. Building staff to host company. No one could help with early check in. I never got early check in. But worse- I never got an answer from anyone. Several people “opened a case” but - crickets on that. No ability for late check out either. And with a late flight- it was not easy since they take your amenities bracelets at check out. Emails came from HYDE. And LYFE. And Evolve. I didn’t know who was who or what was what. The confusion didn’t stop this from being a lovely place to stay.

4/5 Great view. Needed more pillows and towels. Candles were all burned out. Remote battery cover kept falling off. But overall amazing
