Weekend stay
1/5 The Apartment was Beautiful, but unfortunately the unit is Roach infested and it was absolutely disgusting.. The owner needs to invest in Pest control.

3/5 Hair everywhere, Roaches in the dish washer, the place was nice and the view was good but the cleanliness could’ve been better also there was some one throwing water of the balcony at the pool when they clearly fine people for those type of actions but nothing was resolved

- We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay and the views our property has to offer. We were, however, disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- The Condo's Association works with a professional pest control service, and upon receiving your complaint, we followed up with the Association and were advised the property had just been treated. It is typical after a treatment has been conducted that bugs will make their way out as they are dying, this would explain why you may have encountered any bugs.
- As soon as you made us aware of your cleanliness concerns, we promptly responded and sent the cleaning team back to the condo to conduct a re-cleaning. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused and we have since followed up with our cleaning team to ensure future guests do not share the same experience.
- Although the actions of neighboring tenants are something outside of our control, we're truly sorry that this occurred and had a negative impact on your stay.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Great stay
