• Wonderful vacation spot

  We had a great time here as family with kids. Great location and amenities - right by the beach, grocery stores nearby, and even immediate care is within 5 minutes from the property.Food and beverages are very expensive at the hotel restaurants so we stocked up at groceries nearby and went out to eat elsewhere.Definitely recommend.

• Good unit, location, and beach. Mediocre building

  Unit was clean with 2 separate bedrooms which was nice for the family. Good view from balcony, nice beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, and towels included which was nice!Receptionist at hotel was extremely rude and demeaning to all guests I saw. I was very taken back when she yelled at an old couple during checkout. Don't expect to be treated nicely by the staff. There are fines for literally everything and it doesn't feel very inviting. I watched them call the police on a guy at the pool for sleeping on a chair by the pool after drinking too much but wasn't bothering anyone (because they wanted to free up the chair). It made a huge scene. Elevators didn't work sometimes and we had to walk 32 floors of stairs. And when they did work they are sometimes a 10 min wait. Fire alarm went off once which is scary being so high up. Good but expensive food choices on property and next door. You can have food delivered but if you are not there waiting right when it is delivered they will fine you. I wouldn't come back.

• Modern with lots of lines for everything

  Check in took about an hour in line. There was 2 check in personnel but one never took anyone and if someone walked in front of her she would walk away for a bit. We checked in just to have to get in line for the elevators that took forever and there were long lines. When on the elevator our pass didnt work so we had to go back in line to get the passes fixed which took another hour. Once we finally got to the room it was great. We tried to go to the beach just to be told the chairs on the beach are not available to us and chair for us were further down. We went down to where we were told were the chairs to be told to go back in front of the hotel. We never did find where on the beach we were allowed to be and all the staff was very rude except for one bellman that was very busy. There were no chairs available in the none owner section of the pool. The restaurant at the pool was high priced (22 for cheaoest anything, drink or food) so we decided to hang at room. Doordash was good other than having to add 30 mins for elevator time. Great view of the ocean and very nice when in the room. If there was a better checkin, more chairs at pool and allowed to bring drinks and food to pool would have been great. No idea for beach, I couldnt figure out what was allowed there or who to talk to to allow sitting.
