  We had a wonderful experience. From check in to check out. Oscar met us at check in and was extremely informative!

  The condo was clean and very comfortable. Location was great, have to use Uber to get around.

  Best part was the spectacular view from the ocean front balcony.

• Disappointing overall

  Must stress this is a condo/apt complex and not a hotel and as such there are no amenities. The unit is very dated with mold and very few essential items available. Items available for use are also old like the balcony chairs with tears. Nothing warm and inviting about this unit. 1 roll of extra toilet paper, no extra paper towels or even basic salt and pepper. If this is being rented as short term you should know that you cannot rely on what is in the unit. We booked clearly for the view but it’s not worth it. There are much newer and nicer facilities all around the tides buildings. This view is not worth the run down unit and the money charged. You are not allowed to use the front desk at all and they are also not very nice. We checked out and attempted to lay poolside. We were approached and asked to leave because our luggage was not allowed out at the pool. The front desk would not let us leave our luggage there for the two hours. We were then not allowed to use the restroom at the pool to change out of our swimsuits. Management contact and booking details were not clear the booking would be this way and have these restrictions. The business office on site is faux and doesn’t have any working computers or printers. I truly feel it was not made clear the restrictions that came with the property. We knew it was residential but didn’t know the extent of the rules. I think this should only be a long term rental and know must leave upon check out.

  -The condo is accurately represented in the listing photos, and while it is a residential unit rather than a hotel, the homeowner strives to provide a clean and comfortable environment. There have not been prior reports of mold, and cleanliness is frequently praised by other guests.
  -We regret any misunderstanding regarding the available amenities and residential rules. While the unit doesn’t include hotel-style services, we will review the listing to ensure guests have a clearer understanding of what to expect before they book.
  -The homeowner provided an hour later checkout, which you used, and offered to store your luggage so you could enjoy more time by the pool, which was declined. For safety and policy reasons, bringing luggage to the pool area is not allowed, which is standard practice in most hotels and condominium complexes.
  -The homeowner was not aware of any restrictions on restroom access, and we sincerely doubt that restroom use was denied. However, they will look into this further to ensure that future guests receive clear guidance on facility policies.
  We apologize that your stay wasn’t as welcoming as you’d hoped, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

  The condo was clean and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided, which made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The location is another major advantage, conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the best that the area has to offer. Short drive to local restaurants and shopping malls. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

• Terrible management

  I Can say that the people helping with the check in were very kind however management is terrible , never have I ever experience a check in like this , you have to show up with the caretaker , pay 100 for 2 night parking pay $60 for a fob to be able to get into the building , wait to get wrist bands too and on top of that the condo was outdated and moldy , as soon as we open the door we could tell right away that it’s mold . The only good thing was the view Definitely not staying here again

  -We offer a free VIP check-in service where fobs and pool bracelets can be waiting in the room, allowing guests to skip the management office.
  -Parking in Miami can be expensive. The building charges $40 per night for valet parking, and the $100 fee is for a full week.
  -This unit has never had any evidence of mold.
  -The condo is cleaned regularly, including the ducts and air conditioner.
  -The condo is exactly as depicted in our advertisements. We understand that style preferences vary, and while some may find it outdated, everything is in working order.
