CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. Guests may only access the community through the Guard House (801 Bates Rd, Haines City, FL 33844). Please be prepared to tell the guard your name, the address of the property you'll be visiting, and the length of your stay, and provide them with your driver's license. The driver's license will be scanned to confirm it is valid, and the guard will document your information and license plate number before allowing you access to the community
- You will also receive a temporary visitor tag to place on the back of your rearview mirror
- Each time you attempt to enter the community, the guard will review your temporary tag and quickly permit you access as long as the tag is valid and not expired
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 0513
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- Place the brown garbage bin and blue recycling bin near the front curb of the home on Wednesday nights after 6:00 PM for early Thursday morning pickup. After trash is collected, return the bins to their original location (either in a garage or out of sight of the main street) by no later than 10:00 PM on Thursday evenings
- If you need trash collection before Wednesday, please reach out to the Guest Contact. Do not overfill trash dumpsters or put your trash in the neighbors' bins
- Tower Lake is a public access lake. Although you are free to use it for boating, water skiing, or other water-related activities, you do so at your own risk and without liability to the HOA or individual homeowners
- Because of alligators and poisonous snakes that live in or near Florida's bodies of water, swimming in Tower Lake is not recommended
- The pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee. If you wish to have the pool heated but have not yet paid the fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
