    The home was very nice with lots of space my only concern's was not being able to reach the home owners our entire stay about any problems or questions we had. Also the pool was dirty and a pool cleaner didn’t show up once our entire 6 night stay we was there to clean it.

    – We acknowledge that two of your emails were unfortunately missed, and recognize that this impacted your ability to reach us with other concerns. We’re working on better systems to ensure every guest inquiry is seen and addressed right away.
    – The pool is serviced every Monday, which was the day before your arrival. We confirmed with the pool company and our records that it was cleaned. We would've been happy to send the company back out if we had known you felt it wasn’t up to standard.
    Thanks for your feedback as we work to keep raising the bar for future guests.

    This was a fantastic place stay had everything we needed. How was wonderful and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean nice linens
