  Our stay was very pleasant and met our expectations. The description was accurate, and the photos truly represented the space—though we did notice there was no exercise machine in the garage as pictured. The home was clean. The fresh flowers and air/scent machine was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The family room furniture is a bit dated, but the furniture covers helped make it cozy and inviting. Communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location is a big plus, conveniently close to several restaurants and a Walmart, making errands and dining easy. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

  This home is the perfect place for a get together. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom which worked very well for our group. The patio area, where we spend most of our time, was very tranquil. The home had everything we needed and also was very comfortable for our size group (6).

• Golf Vacation

  Our two week golf vacation was amazing, yummy restaurants, sunshine and eleven days of golf. The house directions took us in to a closed location. I suggest bringing guest in through the Resort Entrance. Also, no more than two can shower at a time without running out of hot water but we managed. Our main complaint was the living room furniture. Very worn, with tears and breaks hidden by throw covers. This should really be addressed. However, through it all we had a great time and the location was near all our planned activities. With a few upgrades this could be a 4-5 star rental.

  - We will provide written directions for future guests to ensure a smooth arrival through the Resort Entrance. It sounds like your GPS may have redirected you due to roadwork, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
  - We are scheduling a maintenance check on the water heater to ensure it's functioning properly for future stays.
  - The recliner has experienced some wear, and we are planning to replace it in the near future. While the other living room furniture is protected with covers to prevent further wear, we are considering updates as well.

• Great location and beautiful home!

  Our stay in Haines City was fabulous! We (party of 6) had a great stay. The home was very comfortable and convenient. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite bath which was perfect for our group. The hosts have thought of just about everything for their guests. We had just two minor complaints. The Wi-fi didn't work very well on the patio, but as soon as you entered the home it worked perfectly. And, though, it isn't a complain about the home or the host, Google maps tried to take two in our party in a gated entrance that required a passcode. We had a wonderful stay in Haines City! Thanks to our hosts for making our stay so memorable.
